MedTransport provides non-emergency transportation only. If you or someone else is having a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use the Site, our forms, or our phone line to request emergency help.

2. Our services

The Site describes our services and lets you request transportation or contact us. A request submitted through the Site is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it with you by phone, email, or text. Service availability, routes, and times depend on scheduling, vehicle availability, weather, and road conditions.

3. Your responsibilities

When you use the Site or request a ride, you agree to:

• Give accurate and complete information, including mobility needs, so we can send the right vehicle and staff
• Have permission to share information about another person if you book on their behalf
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a trip
• Not use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful, or misleading

4. Insurance and payment

Any information on the Site about insurance plans or coverage is general. Coverage depends on your plan and its rules. You are responsible for any amount your plan does not cover, as agreed when your trip is scheduled. Rates, cancellation, and no-show policies are given to you when you book.

5. Site content

The text, logos, photos, and design of the Site belong to MedTransport or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, modify, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Information is not medical advice

Content on the Site is for general information about our services. It is not medical advice. Talk to your healthcare provider about your medical needs.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites, such as insurance plans, maps, or social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current at all times.
